Moonstone is one of our favourite gems and for good reason! When it reflects light it gives that remarkable rainbow glow and stands out beautifully in any piece of jewellery.

Storage and Care instructions : 

While brass can be used in water, it is not encouraged to keep it soaked or wet for a long period of time. It is recommended that you pat it with a dry cloth right after. 

Storage in the airtight box provided to you would be ideal as prolonged exposure to oxygen may lead to oxidation BUT the best part about pure brass is that you can just clean any dirt or deposits with a wet cloth and pat it dry right after to renew it's shine and make it as good as new! 

In case of any kind of heavier deposits due to prolonged exposure, washing the brass in lemon water or baking soda with water will get you your original shine back every single time! But, Remember to pat it dry :)

Also, please do NOT wash the natural stones with water. They can be be cleansed and charged in natural sunlight or moonlight for a short duration or with meditation and intention setting.

Good to know: So, while brass can tarnish over prolonged periods of time, the tarnish is completely reversible with just a damp cloth or lemon water and therefore it is claimed to be anti tarnish as it can be used for many years unlike artificial jewellery coated with gold/silver plating which wears off relatively quickly and then you have to keep getting it re plated or not be able to use the jewellery piece at all because of the tarnishing of the mixed metals they are made of, which is usually irreversible and eventually has to be discarded as it cannot be worn there after.
